Used Spami Srl - Stevenato Group Vision Robot Flex Unit for vial inspection - particle inspection for liquid, lyo-cake inspection and cosmetic inspection. Consists of feeding system and inspection module. 

Inspection Module: 

• 6 inspection stations - Inspection cameras use deep learning modules (SG Vision AI cloud-based platform) and standard vision algorithms.  
• Max 10pcs/min inspection (total output). 
• 2 identical Staubli Robots, model TX2 40. 
• 2 single grippers. 
• HMI. 

Feeding System: 

• 1 Staubli Robot Arm, Model TX2 60L
• 1 Multiple gripper (to handle container from the tray)
• 1 Transfer star
• Infeed belt conveyor
• Outfeed rotating table (accepted products)
• Outfeed rotating table (rejected products)
