OASI.S (Open Automation Systems Integrator Server) robotic material handling system for automated loading and unloading of IV bags and trays. This system is designed to convey filled IV bags from a cleanroom, load and orient the IV bags into trays with a pick and place robot, and stack the trays on a pallet as well as moving pallets of empty trays to and from cells. System consists of connecting conveyors, robotic loading station, two (2) robotic unloading stations, and robotic pallet movers.
